New in Rise 360: AI-Generated Captions (Beta)
Hi Everyone,
I'm happy to share that we just released a new update for Rise 360!
This update fixes the issue you ran into where:
- "Processing captions" loads indefinitely when replacing a video from Video Blocks, even when AI Assistant is disabled.
There's nothing to install for web apps, as new features and fixes are immediately available. Please let us know if you have any questions about this update or the issue you reported.
This is a great new feature! I have used this a bit now for a few videos and the accuracy is excellent (albeit I am using AI voice over on my uploaded videos, so that might be helping with the accuracy).
I have come across one issue though. So far my videos are only in English, with VO in UK English. The auto-generated caption language though seems to vary in the videos between en_UK, en_GB, en_Aus, en_NZ. I can't see any settings where I can control this. All these videos have the same AI voice over character, so I'm not sure what's prompting this auto language selection. Any suggestions or ways to fix will be helpful!

Hello KanikaPunj-9e1c,
Thanks for sharing your insight with us! We’re glad to hear the caption accuracy has been working well for you!
The caption language is automatically determined from the audio in each video. In some cases, especially with AI voiceovers, this can result in different English variants (such as UK, AU, or NZ) being detected, even when the voice sounds consistent. At the moment, there isn’t a way to manually select or lock the caption language. If that changes, we'll be sure to share any future updates in this thread so all are in the loop!
To help us look into this further, could you let us know exactly which AI voice you’re using for these videos, and whether it’s from our built-in voice library?
Looking forward to hearing from you!
