New in Rise 360: AI-Generated Captions (Beta)
Hi Everyone,
I'm happy to share that we just released a new update for Rise 360!
This update fixes the issue you ran into where:
- "Processing captions" loads indefinitely when replacing a video from Video Blocks, even when AI Assistant is disabled.
There's nothing to install for web apps, as new features and fixes are immediately available. Please let us know if you have any questions about this update or the issue you reported.
This option is so irritating. It will not load a video now, it's stuck on 'processing cc' forever, no way to turn it off. Remove this option, this has to be something I get to toggle on/off. All my videos have CC added with much better language, and now I can't use them? This is a terrible rollout.

Hi RoseLeMay,
Thanks for sharing your feedback. I understand the frustration this has caused.
We've identified a bug where the "Processing captions" message can remain indefinitely when replacing videos in a Rise 360 Video block. In some cases, this can also prevent authors from uploading their own caption files.
Our team is actively investigating this issue. In the meantime, refreshing the page should clear the "Processing captions" message and allow you to upload your caption file.
If refreshing the page doesn't resolve the issue, please reach out to our Support team so we can take a closer look at your specific setup.
I appreciate you taking the time to let us know how this is affecting your work. We'll share any updates here as soon as we have more information.
