Hello all from the TalentLMS support team! As Nigel already pointed out, we have fixed the issue and you can now upload your Articulate Rise files to your portal.

Hi, I'm able to succesfully run xAPI Rise courses in TalentLMS but the statements appear with IDs, not names. Is there anything to change in Rise output files ? Thanks :)

We have tested the articulate rise as a "tin can" package in our LMS. For security reason, our organization wants to the send the cookie along with the XMLHTTPRequest.
So I have added, withCredentials property. This can be done only if the function calls are in asynchronous mode.
Bur the Rise package uses the synchronous calls for getting/setting bookmark and completion status. Is there any possibilities to have the asynchronous calls in the Rise package?Hi Saranaya,
Unfortunately, there currently is not a way to make asynchronous calls with Rise.
I see that you've already submitted a feature request for this, so I will not recommend that as an option today.

No special building necessary - you can choose to export for Tin Can API within the LMS options, and you may want to review our general white paper on Tin Can API here.

Without editing post-publish to change the IDs yourself, I don't believe this is possible. I wish we had more functionality to specify statements from Rise and Storyline. These "experienced id_blablabla" statements are useless. I hope it improves soon! Help us out Articulate.

Hello,
I have a issue with the scorm Rise course in TalentSoft.
I've tested: scorm1.2, scorm 2004, AICC it works for the first time. But when I replay the Rise course does not work, I have an empty page.
and when I run TinCan, the Rise course does not start, I have a JS file that downloadsI tested the RISE course on the scormCloud, it works very well.
Have you any solution to run a Rise course in TalentSoft ?
Are you solved the problem ? Is there a change in the code after exporting a scorm ?Thanks !

Hi Aida,
I've just tested a Rise xAPI export on TalentLMS and it works just fine. Have you tried with the most recent version of Chrome ?

Please note that TalentLMS supports SCORM 1.2 and TinCan format.

If I launch Storyline content with a link like http://.../story_html5.html?endpoint=...&auth=Basic. &actor=…®istration=… there is a connection to the LRS and Storyline sends statements to the Learning Record Store.
I exported a xAPI package from RISE and tried a link like http://../rise/xapitest/scormcontent/index.html?endpoint=...&auth=Basic... &actor=…®istration=… - but the RISE content does not open in my browser.
Can I launch RISE content without a LMS using a link similar to the one that works for Storyline?
