No admittance symbol
I've been sent a link from a colleague to review a new package in Review 360, but I can't get past the Introduction. A small 'no admittance symbol' pops up and I can't progress.
I signed in to my Articulate Account but it didn’t make any difference. … I still can’t progress.

Sorry, you're running into this in Review 360! Did your colleague lock the course in Review 360 with a password? If so, you'll need to retrieve the password from them to continue. I'd also recommend trying a different browser to see if that does the trick.
