No clicking on a movie

Hello,

I have videos playing in my slide and I added the status bar at the bottom, I want to make the movie 'un-clickable'.

When you click on the movie, the movie pauses, but the status bar doesn't..... any ideas?

Thanks

Hi Megan, welcome to the community. You could place a transparent shape over the video, so that it can't be clicked.

Hi Megan - welcome to Heroes!

The easiest way to prevent the user from clicking on your video is to add a shape that sits directly over it. Then, using the format shape options, remove the outline and set the fill to 100% transparency. This last bit is the important bit as if you select 'no fill' the user will be able to click 'through' the shape.

    I hope this helps
