No longer sending e-mails
Review 360 has stopped sending me e-mails when reviewers post comments. I checked my notification settings and they are set to instantly. I have checked my spam and deleted items folders and the e-mails are not there either. I have checked my junk e-mail settings and even added "notifications-no-reply@articulate.com" to my safe senders list. I still get no -emails. Anyone have any ideas what might be wrong?

Welcome to E-Learning Heroes! I understand that you are no longer getting emails when comments are posted in Review 360. I'd be happy to work with you to figure out why this is happening! I have a follow-up question regarding your project notifications so I can better understand what you are experiencing a little better.
- Do you have your project notifications set to 'All Activity'? Follow these steps to find that setting.
- Open your project in Review 360.
- Click the ellipses in the top right of your screen.
- Click Project Notifications.
- Click All Activity.

Hi, I have the same issue. Not receiving any notifications from 360. Worked a week ago. Notification settings are set to instantly. Not in spam, junk, deleted. Project notifications is all activity. Help?
