No longer sending e-mails

Review 360 has stopped sending me e-mails when reviewers post comments. I checked my notification settings and they are set to instantly. I have checked my spam and deleted items folders and the e-mails are not there either. I have checked my junk e-mail settings and even added "notifications-no-reply@articulate.com" to my safe senders list. I still get no -emails. Anyone have any ideas what might be wrong?

    Welcome to E-Learning Heroes! I understand that you are no longer getting emails when comments are posted in Review 360. I'd be happy to work with you to figure out why this is happening! I have a follow-up question regarding your project notifications so I can better understand what you are experiencing a little better.

    • Do you have your project notifications set to 'All Activity'? Follow these steps to find that setting.
    1. Open your project in Review 360.
    2. Click the ellipses in the top right of your screen.
    3. Click Project Notifications.
    4. Click All Activity.

      Hi, I have the same issue. Not receiving any notifications from 360. Worked a week ago. Notification settings are set to instantly. Not in spam, junk, deleted. Project notifications is all activity. Help?
