Thanks for letting us know! I see that this might be a browser issue. Which browser are you using when viewing Review 360, and which browser are your reviewers using?
We always recommend using an updated browser, which might be the culprit here. If you're using an updated browser, do you mind sharing the review link and I can take a look?

Does the same behavior happen when using either Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge? Testing on other browsers would help verify if the behavior is browser-specific. And, please open a case with our support team here to share your Review 360 link privately with our support team. We'll let you know what we find when we finish testing your course!
