No TMP files being saved to AppData folder and project not autosaving every 10 minutes
Hi,
I am using Articulate Storyline 64-bit. I just noticed that no temporary files are being saved to the AppData folder, and the last TMP. file saved was on 18 January 2024!
My project is set to auto-save every 10 minutes, but this is not happening. Can someone help me, please and explain how I can rectify this.

If your Storyline 360 installation cannot write to the temporary folder of your computer, there's a possibility that it no longer has proper permissions to do so. As a troubleshooting step, try repairing your installation by following these steps here:
You may need assistance from your IT team to perform some of the steps if you are not an admin on your machine. After performing the repair, try creating a new Storyline 360 project file and check the folder below if you'll be able to see temporary versions of the course:
Open this folder in Windows Explorer: %appdata%\Articulate\Storyline
