Not able to publish Rise 360 courses
Hi Articulate Team,
We have been experiencing issues publishing our Rise 360 courses for the past week. The courses are being published in LMS format using SCORM 2004, 2nd Edition.
This is a high-priority matter as we have several courses scheduled to launch this week and are unable to proceed without a resolution.
Could you please investigate this urgently and provide an update at your earliest convenience?
Thank you.

Hi, I had already submitted a case with support team. But, still looking for help from community members as these modules are due to launch this week to all staff.
Hi aditibarbate-97,
I see that you've reached out to our team in a support case, which is the quickest way to get urgent assistance. I see my teammate, Nikko, shared some troubleshooting steps to start with. Once you've tried those, please let Nikko know if you need additional help!
I'm sorry to hear you're running into this issue as well!
Are multiple team members unable to publish to Rise 360? Is it affecting only one course, or multiple courses?
Here are a few troubleshooting steps to get started:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, which can sometimes interfere with the publishing process.
- Try a different browser
- Check your team's network or firewall settings. It's possible the publishing process is blocked by network restrictions.
If the issue persist, please let me know here, or contact our team privately in a support case. We'll be he happy to help get this resolved!

We’re experiencing a similar issue with the web-based output. Each time IT attempts to load the modules to the website, they receive an Articulate login prompt and cannot proceed.
Does anyone know what might be causing this?

My organisation is facing a similar issue. Mulitple people on different accounts in different locations nobody can publish scorms. Tried the webchat, the ai and the person really didnt help. Putting in a support request. We are due to renew soon and this is not something thats putting that prospect in a good light.
Hi NicholasHomer,
So sorry to hear you and your team have been unable to publish from Rise 360.
I see that my colleague Janina is handling your case, and just replied to your email with some troubleshooting steps.
We can continue the conversation there!

The solution in our company was: enabling some websockets which blocked the publishing of our rise courses.
