I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the Storyline Notes tab. I ran some tests on my end using the latest Storyline version, 3.92.33225.0, which is the same as what you have. Fortunately, I did not encounter laggy behavior, and everything seemed normal. I captured my tests in a quick Peek 360 recording with no audio.
If the issue persists and you're already working on your local drive, try running these steps to fix possible installation issues. We'd be glad to investigate further as needed.
