Okay button not working
Some users are experiencing an issue where the "OK" button doesn't work during the quiz in our Articulate course when accessed on mobile devices. Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening? Any suggestions or insights would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear some of your learners are having trouble navigating a Storyline course, on mobile devices!
Since only certain users are affected, it's unlikely the issue is related to the course itself. However, I do have some follow-up questions to help me understand the situation a little better:
- Can you confirm if the affected learners are all using a specific web browser, and can the same behavior be observed across multiple browsers?
- Does clearing their browsers cache make any improvement?
- Are all of the affected learners using the same hardware? If so, can you share specific details on the devices?
- Have you had a chance to test the published output in an LMS test environment like SCORM Cloud? If the same issue cannot be replicated in SCORM Cloud, I suggest connecting with your LMS administrator to see if something could be getting in the way in their environment
If the same behavior can be reproduced in SCORM Cloud, please share your .story file with our team through a support case.
