Old Version
Hi,
I have an old version of Story Line (January 2020) that I am unable to open now. Is there a way that I can open it? I wasn't in this position at the time so the storyline got sent to me and there is nothing I can do with it.

The file indeed may be corrupt, but first try to copy it and give it a new name and then try opening the copied version.
If that doesn't work, upload it here to the forum (if you're permitted to do so) and one of us can try to open/upgrade it for you. Alternately, you can open a case with Articulate Support and they may be able to open it.
