Options not showing in Storyline Ribbon
I need to edit text to speech. I was able to do this previously, but I no longer see this an option. The options tab in my ribbon is missing. How do I enable this?

You can't *do* anything with the text to speech (or even the audio track) because you have disabled it for this slide.
Just click the checkbox and it will become active again.

The lock-icon column is used to prevent an object from being selected/edited.
- For example, locking a picture prevents you from accidentally moving it when you're placing labels on it.
- If you can see an object on your slide, but you can't select it, check to be sure it isn't locked.
The eye-icon column in the Timeline can be used to show or hide an object.
- When the eye icon for an object is deselected, that object won't appear on the slide. That also prevents editing it.
- Select the eye icon for your text-to-speech, and you should be able to edit it.

@Judy - Thanks for the clarification! I'm thinking ahead of myself this morning!
