I have an odd issue wherein ordered list appear normal during editing, but when previewed or published the first item repeats regardless of how many items are in the list. Can work around this obviously, but it's time-consuming so if anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate hearing them.

I'm happy to help! I appreciate you sharing screenshots. That definitely doesn't look like expected behavior. I've tried to recreate this on my using numbered bullets and then adding lettered bullets in one text box. Unfortunately, I see the text box displayed the same in Edit and Preview/Publish.
I'll attach my project to my reply. I've created the slide in Storyline 360 (Build 3.50.24668.0).
Are you copying the text and pasting it into Storyline 360? Also, are you seeing this behavior in every project or just this one? It would be helpful to take a look at the .story file. Would you mind sharing it in this discussion or uploading it in a support case?

Hi Lauren thanks for your reply. It is happening only in the particular file (check the final slide in scene 1). However, it's happening across multiple instances of storyline installations. The text is copied in from a word document, but typing it in instead doesn't appear to make a difference.

Thanks for sharing your file so that we could take a look. I do see the same issue when previewing your project, but I am unable to recreate the issue.
I imported the file into a new project and the issue no longer happened as well. I've attached the file I tested, but you may need to adjust your player properties.
