Past Employee Courses
Is it possible to re-instate a subscription to access courses a past employee was working on? Or, I have html exports of the courses, is there a way to import them and make changes?

Exported versions of courses cannot be brought back into Rise and edited.
Was the past employee a member of your organizational Articulate 360 Teams account, or did they have an individual account?

You can ask the administrator of your organizational Articulate 360 Teams account, to transfer all assets of which the past employee was the owner to another member of your team.
