Peek Icon Disappears in Windows after loading

Hello,

 

I just installed (and uninstalled and installed again) Peek 360 from my Articulate 360 menu.

Each time I select Open, the Peek video camera icon appears in my window task bar, but when I go to select it, it disappears, never to be seen again.

Please help.

    Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear you're running into trouble when downloading Peek 360. 

    Are you currently working on a Mac or PC?
