Phone Numbers Disappear!
I am experiencing the same issue with some disappearing phone numbers, and some text is being scrambled not sure if these the same or separate issues. Even stranger, I partnered with a colleague at a different company who said that it looked fine on his end. Mostly it comes up wonky but at least 1 time I reviewed it came up okay for the same project. Myself and the colleague who assisted are both using MS edge and Windows 11. I do not have access to private browsers per my company's policy.

- Are you running the latest version of Edge?
- Can you experience this when previewing your course?
- Do you notice this happening with any other courses you're working on, or just this one?
Since you cannot use private or incognito windows, I recommend clearing your browser cache and cookies and reopening the course in a brand new window.
If you are still experiencing this behavior with the disappearing phone numbers, we'd be happy to take a closer look at a screen recording of this behavior and a copy of your course in a support case.
