Picture fill on grouped shapes

Am I missing something? When I group some shapes and then go to format shapes and select Picture or Texture fill, it fills each shape separately...it does not spread the one image out and allow the ...

there is a restriction with fill with backround

  • every multiple used shape
  • with the same width and height

shares the same cutout of the background, if you publish the course

in storyline

after publish

  • rect 1 + 2 (125x125) fetches the background fill from rect 1
  • rect 3 + 4 (120x120) fetches the background fill from rect 3

tested with SL 3.83 + SL 3.88
