Play button over storyline block in Rise
I have a Storyline video I created that I've pulled into Rise. I want to get rid of the black screen with the play video button. I have audio on the first slide so from what I understand, that is what causes that.
So I took a screenshot of the first slide so the screenshot is now the first slide in the project. When I preview it works fine. When I import it into Rise, it works fine in the Firefox browser. When I use Microsoft Edge, the audio doesn't play. If I pause and play a couple of times, the audio will start playing.
Is there a better way to do this to make sure it works on all browsers?

yes and the result is, that your course don't start - that is exactly for what this "ugly" is present

Thanks for asking about this! The reason for the black screen black with the play button is that some web browsers no longer allow autoplay. Here's an article with more on that.
