Poor Video Quality when Publishing a Storyline Interaction as a Rise Block

Nevermind - I resolved this! For others who may encounter this same issue, try this:
- Open your Storyline project
- Select the affected video
- Navigate to the VIDEO TOOLS > OPTIONS tab
- Select the None option from the Compression: drop-down menu
- Republish and test
