Hello,
That's a classic Articulate Storyline quirk! The difference between Preview and the published Review 360 output is often caused by motion path easing.
Try this fix:
Select your circle's motion path.
Go to the Animations tab.
Click Path Options.
Change the Easing Direction from its default ("In & Out") to None.
Easing can render inconsistently between environments. Setting it to None forces a constant speed, which usually results in pixel-perfect stopping in the published course.
If that doesn't work, you might need to use the X/Y coordinates on the ribbon to make the motion path's end point one or two pixels shorter to compensate for the slight visual shift in Review 360.
