PPT not importing into Storyline 3

Being on a trial of Storyline 3 shouldn't make a difference. It could be that there's something corrupt on one of your PowerPoint slides.

To check, try importing 3-5 slides at a time. This will help you nail down the troublesome slide. We can lend a hand if you'd like! Share the PowerPoint file with us privately here, and we'll take a look. 

I am having the same issue as Andrea Smith. I have the trial version and I am unable to import my PPT. I have tried all the trouble shooting options and I created a new PPT. Can you help me?

I'm having the same error - failed to import when using a plain just TEXT ppt slide. It's on the hard drive, no sound or graphics . . . PPT and Storyline are both up to date on updates. Running latest office 64-bit 365 app
