Sending multiple quiz scores to your LMS for the same course isn't supported. You'll need to decide which of your quiz results you'd like to send to your LMS. There is however one method that you can check out which involves saving the score that doesn't get sent to the LMS to a variable and sending the value of this variable to the LMS. This article explains this method:
While we don't support sending saved data to an external spreadsheet or database, the article above will send the score of one of your quizzes as a survey result to your LMS, making it available for reporting purposes. This way, you will have access to both the pre-test and post-test scores of your learners.
