Presenter

Hello,

I am struggling to use Articulate Presenter. I have uninstalled and re-installed Articulate Studio several times, ensured everything was updated, and so forth. For work - everything is backed up to my one drive account by default on my computer. I've saved PowerPoints to My PC (So it's not "web-based")

However, I am still unable to use Presenter because even though I saved the PowerPoint to my desktop - everything is backed up to my onedrive - so I continuously receive errors stating "Online Presentations aren't supported. Save a copy to your local drive to continue".

I am not really sure where to go from here - as I have project deadlines and it seems like troubleshooting is taking up a large majority of my time to get these platforms working. Hoping to find a QUICK solution to this issue.

    I'm glad to hear that Rowie was able to help with a solution which is disabling the syncing to OneDrive and saving the files to another folder on the C: drive.
