Preview Items out of view

I'm working on a course and when I preview a slide, parts of the slide go out of view. The slide size is 16:9. When I publish for review, everything shows on screen, but preview is cutting things off. Any ideas/suggestions?

    Hi Rhona,

    Thanks so much for reaching out and confirming the slide size! Sorry to hear you've run into this snag. I'm curious to understand more about your setup. 

    I'd like to confirm what you're seeing when looking at the Slide Size Window:

    1. Please check that the Lock aspect ratio box is marked in order to maintain the current proportions for objects on your slide that have locked aspect ratios. 
    2. Then, double-check that the Scale existing content to fit section is marked so that existing slide content fits proportionately within the new size. 

    It would be helpful to take a closer look at your .story file so that I can try and replicate this behavior on my end. Feel free to upload your file to this thread or privately in a support case!

    Hi Luciana, I appologize for the delay in responding to your. I really do appreciate your help. So, the slide size is 16:9 (960x540)

    Width 960px

    Height 540px 

    Lock ratio is checked 

    and Scale existing content to fit is checked. 

     

    I'm happy to share the files with you. What format should I send them?

    Hi, Rhona!

    You can share the .story file with us so we can test it in preview mode and when published for Review 360. Just select Add Attachment and choose the .story file.
