Thanks for reaching out! I'm happy to help with this question.

After creating a screen recording of a software simulation, you can insert it as step-by-step slides. This option allows you to create slides that can be printed as a document.

I created the attached Storyline course and Microsoft Word output to illustrate this. Here's a screenshot of how the published Word output looks like:

Just to confirm: 

The Learner would have to print each slide individually

Or

I create the screen recording in a stand alone course, publish to word, then create a link to the word doc in the "real"content.

      I was comparing to another tool which allows learners to print of a Job Aid Doc from a simulation without any further work for the developer.
