Private Content - Admin Permissions
Hi eLearning heroes,
I am a newbie and would like to know if an individual with an admin role can view or edit 'private' content that I create.
Thanks and happy holidays!

Hello,
In most eLearning platforms, whether or not an individual with an admin role can view or edit private content depends on the specific system's permissions and settings. However, in general:Admin Permissions: Admins usually have higher access rights and can manage or view all content within the platform, including content marked as private. This can include editing, deleting, or publishing content created by other users, including content marked private.
Private Content: Typically, private content refers to materials that are restricted to certain users or groups. While regular users may not be able to access private content, admins can often bypass these restrictions.
Platform-Specific: Each eLearning platform (such as Moodle, Articulate, or others) may handle admin roles and permissions differently. It’s important to check the specific permissions configuration of your platform to see whether admin roles are exempt from content privacy settings.
