Problem uploading video into Rise
When trying to upload a video to a Rise block I receive the following error.
Hi Rho! Sorry to hear you're getting an error when uploading a video. Got some questions and some things for you to try:
- Are you connected to VPN or a personal network?
- Please try to go into Incognito mode and reupload the video. Does it work?
- Are you getting an error with just this video or any video that you upload?
- May I know which browser you are using? Have you tried the other supported browsers and is the issue browser-specific?
