Problem with audio files and text to speech
We are having problems with audio.
These are projects with around 100 audios (imported and text to speech)
Randomly the audios played sometimes are from other pages, layers or lightbox, without any logic.
Have you had that problem?

You may want to open a case with Articulate support. In other users' cases, that's been the recommended solution for similar problems.
I would also advise that you review where your source and working files are sitting. You can't use anything from a shared directory or network drive; so make sure all your audio files are local to where the Storyline file is, and that everything is on your C:\ drive.

If you could share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case, as well as a brief summary of the issue you're experiencing, I'll be glad to take a look at why you're experiencing problems with the audio files in your project file.
One troubleshooting step that you can do before sharing your file is making sure that your triggers are properly setup to prevent any audio files from playing unexpectedly. You can also import your slides over to a new project file to see if this helps. If none of these help, feel free to share you file for testing!
