Problem with Storyline course completions

Hi, we have created a storyline course in house and have this live in our LMS. There are numerous people that are showing a 100% quiz score at the end but the course is showing as incomplete or in progress and they can't continue any further. There are also numerous attempts to continue as shown in the attachment but they can't proceed. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
