Hello Francois,

Thanks for the additional information. I can confirm that I was able to observe the same behavior on my end - bigger print image when I use the browser print feature, and a smaller print size when I use Storyline 360's built-in print button. 

Here are some of my observations: 

  • The Print slide Storyline 360 trigger only prints the area of the slide
  • The browser print functionality prints the entire browser area. This is confirmed by the presence of the player button in this screenshot. 

     

I recommend using my colleague John's workaround, which is to increase the scale if you want a bigger image when using Storyline 360's built-in print functionality.
