Problem with viewing Author's avatar

Hi MayraCanuto,
I'm happy to share that we just released a new update for Rise 360!
This update fixes the issue you ran into where:
- Author icon is missing when publishing to Review 360 or LMS for EU data center-based users
There's nothing to install for web-based apps, as new features and fixes are immediately available. Please let us know if you have any questions about this update or the issue you reported.

I'm happy to help and have a few questions to narrow this down:
- What happens when you view the Review course in a different browser?
- What happens if you upload a different profile image?
- Does this behavior only affect you, or can others reproduce it?
If you're comfortable sharing the Review link here or privately, I'd be happy to test it on my end. We'll remove it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.

I tried to open it in a different browser but it keep doing the same: I cannot see the avatar :(. I also tried with a different image and does exactly the same.
and yes, we use our team logo as avatar for my account.
I created a new one, I deleted the avatar picture and is doing exactly the same thing :(

Thanks so much for testing this out!
Our team is investigating a possible software bug that may cause the icon to be missing when content is published to Review 360 or an LMS.
I've attached this discussion to our bug report so we can share any updates here. We'll follow up as soon as we have news to share.
