Problem with viewing Author's avatar

have any of you had ever a problem with the author's avatar image similar to this? I already deactivate and activated again the avatar, changed the avatar profile picture, but still doe...

I'm happy to share that we just released a new update for Rise 360!
This update fixes the issue you ran into where:
- Author icon is missing when publishing to Review 360 or LMS for EU data center-based users
There's nothing to install for web-based apps, as new features and fixes are immediately available. Please let us know if you have any questions about this update or the issue you reported.
