The first thing you can test is to see if the behavior you're experiencing is LMS-specific. To do this, you can upload your course in SCORM Cloud and check to see if the video in your Rise 360 course will play there. If your course works in SCORM Cloud but not in your LMS, please work with your LMS support team so they can check what's preventing the video from playing on their end.
If your video fails to play in SCORM Cloud, try re-encoding it using a tool called Handbrake to see if this fixes the issue. Here's a quick video that shows you how.
