Problems importing word

Hi,

I'm trying to import a word file to Storyline after having translated it. The error message says "Nothing to import". I've been using Phrase as the translation tool. Anyone who knows what to do?

    Hello,

     

    Thank you for replying. However, I just realized that there was an exporting mistake in the file. When exported again it worked fine :)

      Hej Magnus,

      I seem to have the same issue. What was the solution in your case? I get an error message that says, "Nothing to import" and the project indeed remains in its source language.

        Hi Vikost,

        I'm happy to chime in. I understand you're getting a "Nothing to import" error message when translating your Storyline course.

        It looks like Magnus' translation issue has been resolved by re-exporting the document file for translation. I recommend re-applying the steps here to rule out any problems when exporting the translation document the first time.
