problems with JS generated text with RTL text in hebrew

hi! I have few problems with my projects, I have splits my projects into two parts. the first part consists the JS generated text in Hebrew. I'm attaching a screenshot, as you can in the first sentence the numbers are in the wrong order it says 04-03 instead of 30-40.

the second problem in the photo is the second paragraph i couldn't apply the changes in the file Jonathan_Hill gave me in the other discussion therefore its still unreadable.

and the full project (attached in the link for download) every time I try to generate a translation file the sentences are cut into single letters and half words. I tried to change to font but the problem wasn't solved and I couldn't figure it out
