Problems with Quiz Review Texting Overlapping
I'm having some trouble with the review option of the quizzes in Storyline 2. I've looked through the forums, tried quizmaker, tried condensing the amount of text I had per Q&A, etc. and found no solution. Basically what's going on is that once the quiz is done and the user can review their (in)correct answers, the actual review answers are showing up overlapping one another. I know there was an update to fix this in the original version of Storyline but is there a fix or editing optionfor Storyline 2?

Hi Ivana! Looks like you have attached your published output and it would be best if I could take a look at the .story project file.
Hi S! I have not heard of this issue and there are not states like Glen mentioned above. If you need us to take a look, you are welcome to share the .quiz file with our support team here.

Hi,
Any updates or solution for this, as I'm also facing this option overlap issue when reviewing assessment. It seems to occur if view as story_html5.html in mobile. Story.html works fine. I'm using Storyline 2 with the latest update 11. Viewing the runtime using Chrome in android phone version 6.
Many thanks.
Hi there Emalyn,
I'm sorry to hear you're running into this! Would you mind sharing your file with the Support Engineers so they can take a closer look at your set-up and likely try to reproduce the behavior in a new file? You can send the file to the team directly using this form, and please let me know your case number so I can follow along!

we're having this issue as well and it's not an ideal solution for us to go check each quiz because we have tons of courses that was originally made in SL1.
Hi Calvin,
This particular discussion dates back to a bit earlier, so if you're experiencing the same situation we'll want to run through some of the initial troubleshooting steps as you see described earlier in this discussion and taking a look at one of the problematic .story files and what steps you've gone through to experience the behavior.
If you'd like to share that here, you're welcome to upload using the "Add Attachment" button or you can send along to our Support Engineers using the form here.

I am new and bought Articulate Storyline 360 a few weeks ago and have been programming ever since. My drop menu slides look like the one in the original post above when I Review Quiz in Chrome.
Has there been any progress on this?

Additionally, when I print the quiz results both drop menu choices show in the Correct Answer and the Student Answer columns when only the correct answer and the student answer should show respectively.
FYI, moments ago I submitted a case for this and my previous post.
Hi Ron! Thanks for letting me know that you've reached out to the support team as well (01065518).
It looks like Abel is already taking a look, so I would encourage you to work directly with him.
I'll be sure to follow along as well.

Abel pointed out that the second issue (answers incorrect) is fine. I see I made a thinking error and I agree that the answers in the report are in fact correct.
This leaves the first issue; overlapping text. I emailed a screen shot to Abel.
Thanks for keeping me in the loop Ron :)

I've been experiencing the jumping text issue that Glen reports, using SL 360, and working with courses that were built directly in 360 (never in SL1 or SL2).
Thankfully, Glen's fix works for me, also. Thanks so much, Glen!
