Problems with "Start Quiz" button in Rise?

Hello,

When testing a Rise course in SCORM Cloud, the Start Quiz button/link did not work.  It worked fine in Review.  The course was exported as a SCORM 2004 2nd version using the "default" setting.  When we exported the SCORM 2004 2nd version package with the "legacy" version, it seemed to work just fine. 

Has anyone else run into this issue?   Will we need to re-upload the SCORM file in the "default" setting after August 7th?

Any feedback would be appreciated.

    I republished the course, and the Quizzes can now be accessed. I did not change any publish settings, so it's not clear why it's working this time.

    I'm seeing the same issue with an existing Course I re-published yesterday (SCORM 1.2 legacy). I see the problem in our LMS, but it works in Rise Preview.
