Problems with YouTube and Vimeo videos

YouTube and Vimeo videos placed inside Rise often have errors when the videos are deleted. Do you have any suggestions?

We have a list of all links (including videos) that are used in our courses.
We check and update these links regularly to ensure there are no dead links.
Hi Carl, thanks for the advice, its good advice, it's just time-consuming, but it's the only way to go.
