Process for Stakeholder create new Articulate ID?
Do we have any user guide for stakeholders create new Articulate ID account.
1. Created an account with the link? They will receive some email sales, notification, articles, etc?
2. They need to confirm email?
3. Change process notification for "Stakeholders"
3. Add in the Review360 email "+ Review Request"
4. Process of add comments with Articulate ID.
Note: Can the owner of the project can have more control of this settings for our customers view?

Regarding the Review Request feature, only the content owner can request a review. This means that your stakeholders won't have access to this feature. Here's more information on this that you can share with your content creators:
And lastly, adding comments is pretty straightforward in Review 360. This option in a published course, which only the course owner can see, will determine if reviewers without an Articulate ID will be able to comment on the course:
