Are short courses ever used for the stakeholder engagement process?
I was wondering if anyone here has ever used short courses/micro learning for the public consultation, stakeholder engagement process? It doesn't seem to be a done thing and I'm wondering why.
In the energy industry for example, when a new development project is being proposed the business will use documentation, videos, town-hall meetings and sometimes virtual rooms to engage with an inform the public. I feel like short Rise courses would prove a more impactful method than virtual rooms but can't find any examples of this approach being used.
Any insight is greatly appreciated!
Hi UNCCLEARN, and welcome to the E-Learning Heroes community!
This sounds like a great way to use the microlearning option. I'm also interested in seeing what other users have to say! In the meantime here's a resource that you may find helpful:

I hope this helps!
