Project not working in Sharepoint

Hello all, I published a course and it was working fine for me but not for my team. I realised that the files were in my personal folder, so I put it on sharepoint but it is not working for anyone, including myself on sharepoint. then i tried opening the sharepoint in file explorer and it worked for me and my colleague. But this training is for field service staff and they will not have permission to windows/file explorer. How do I publish it in a way that everyone can access the trainings.

LMS is not an option.
