Publishing my quiz on a website
Hi,
I have been making a quiz on Quizmaker. I want to know if I can publish this quiz on a website, and see the results when people take it, but I don't necessarily have to track specific people....

If you're planning on tracking any form of results, then you'll need to upload your course to an LMS. Here's an article which explains which quiz data Storyline 360 sends to an LMS.
Since you're planning on adding your quiz to a website, you can upload your course to an LMS and then add a link to the quiz in your website, either via a hyperlink, or by using an iframe to embed the quiz.
