Publishing Rise 360 Web-based Output
We’re running into an issue with a client’s Rise 360 web export.
After exporting for web and providing the files to the client’s IT team, they attempt to upload the module to their website. However, when they try to launch it, they’re prompted with an Articulate login screen and can’t proceed any further.
Has anyone experienced this before? Any ideas what might be causing the login prompt when using web output?

I noticed that you’ve also been working with my colleague Genelyn, through a support case. It looks like this issue arose from sharing a Rise 360 course link instead of the published output.

We publish Rise courses for Web on a regular basis, and deploy them from our web site. These courses launch without requiring an Articulate login.
