Publishing to wrong account

I have two accounts with different log in and email information. When I go to publish a course to review it publishes to the wrong login. Even after clearing my history/cache. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software and it's publishing to the wrong account. Can you help me get the courses to publish to the correct account. I log in prior to starting work. It only happened when I opened an old file related to my old account. Now I can't access the new account even wiping the machine.

  • It's March 2024. I'm in Australia and suffering the time lag for support from the US. The problem persists. I am horrified that at least a proven work-around has not been published.

  • Problem Solved with no help from Articulate "Support".

    1. Start Articulate 360 desktop app.
    2. Delete all cache
    3. Delete all logs
    4. Log out of Articulate 360 desktop app
    5. Internet browser: delete all browsing history
    6. Restart computer
    7. Log into 360 desktop app with new identity.
    8. Everything should work normally, but as an individual user one has no "Team" folder.
  • I have two accounts, a personal account and a business team account. Any time I publish to Review 360 the module goes to my personal account. I am working on a different computer, logged out/logged in with the team account, and reinstalled Storyline. I'm logged out of my personal account on the other computer. Yet the module publishes to my personal account. I need to get a solid answer to this problem ASAP, as nothing in this thread has resolved the issue.

      Brent,

Sorry you’re struggling. Articulate never fixed the problem. The only work around I could ever use was to manually publish to Articulate through the web. As in publish within the app as a zip file and do it yourself.

Go to your Review page and at the top it says “Upload a file,” and do the manual upload.

Otherwise, Articulate help was beyond useless.
