Publishing video terminates with error
Hi team,
I'm trying to export/publish the story, in the Publish options window I have selected the Video (att. nr. 1) however the publishing process stops and the error message is shown (att. nr. 2). At the end it shows the success message (att. nr. 3) but there is no video output within the destination folder.
Web publish is successful.
I'm using the latest version of the product (att. nr. 4).
What can I do about it?

Hi Richard,
sure I can submit the .story file. I have already done that and one of Articulate team members was able to publish it to video on his side. Even blank project fails to publish to video - web and LMS work.
