Questions removed from Results Slide

Recently in Storyline 360 I have noticed that questions are being removed from my results slide. For example I create a 5 question knowledge check and add all five questions to the results slide. If I go back and edit a question, then return to the Quiz Settings window of the Results slide that edited question has had the checkbox deselected. This has happened in multiple modules. 

Is this a new bug or am I missing something?
