Quiz Freeze "Glitch"

Sorry to hear you've run into this setback!
It looks you tried to include a video of the behavior, but it didn't come through with your post. Not to worry! I have some follow-up up questions to help me understand your setup a little better:
- Was this a course created in Storyline or Rise?
- Does the freezing occur only when uploaded to an LMS? If so, have you tested the published output in an LMS-test environment like SCORM Cloud?
- Can the same issue be observed across multiple browsers, or is it local to one?
Also, if you're comfortable sharing a copy of the course, feel free to upload that here in the discussion, or privately through a support case. We'd be happy to take a closer look.

Thanks for the reply. the video is attached via "Quiz Freeze" link at the bottom.
I think I narrowed the issue down and submitted a ticket. When I export to LMS with SCORM 2004 (both 3rd and 4th editions) the user gets stuck at the question with a % symbol in it.
For testing- I published a single lesson with the quiz. Republished 4 different times to test 100 (Space) %, 100 Percent, % percent, and all times. I could not advance with any quiz if it had the actual % in it.
When I republished to LMS with SCORM 1.2 I encountered no issues.
In my ticket I have included the video, referenced above, 2 screen shots of errors (using Inspect) on the question page that is causing issues, and a zip file containing part of the course/quiz with the issue.Hi, TarynPierce!
