Quiz Issues in LMS

Thanks for reaching out! I was unable to replicate this behavior when trying to replicate this on my end.

  • What LMS are you currently using? It would be helpful to know more about your LMS environment and if you made any changes to settings over there!

 

Since this seems isolated to your LMS, I'd suggest testing your course in SCORM Cloud to see if you are able to experience the same behavior when attempting to submit an answer.

I tested it in Scorm Cloud and it works fine. We have Workday but I've never encountered this issue before.

    Hi AngieCapelle-56,
    For LMS-specific issues, we recommend working with the support team of your LMS so they can check why your course works in SCORM Cloud but not in their environment. You can also enable the LMS debug logs for your Rise 360 course so you can get more comprehensive information at the exact moment the issue occurs!
