My first thought is that you may have the Feedback option set to None if you see that Attempts drop-down grayed out:
If that's not the case, can you attach your .story file in this discussion so we can investigate? You can share it privately here if needed!
I "un" converted it to Freeform. Then, I click on Convert to Freeform again. That worked! Thank you!
